Melissa Coil, Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA), RN, Office Manager
Melissa has been here since July 2003! In 2003 she received her LDA. In 2005, she became certified as an EMT. She went on to become educated as a CNA in 2010, an LPN in 2011, and an RN in 2012. Melissa has an extensive education that makes her uniquely prepared to provide excellent dental care to our patients.
She has 4 beautiful children, including three girls and one boy: Alexis, Addison, Alaney, and Ashton. Melissa’s hobbies include fishing, Kayaking, four wheeling, family lake trips, dinner parties, traveling, site seeing, and music. She loves watching her children grow and learn, and says: “I get excited about the smallest things!”
She describes our practice as a team and a family, and has enjoyed watching the practice grow over the years. Melissa contributes to our success by encouraging the team. She also developed the new model of operation, and she has seen it succeed. Our practice has progressed from 7 teammates and 5 operatories to 21 team members and 9 operatories.
Melissa is excited to serve patients, increase their confidence and get them out of pain.
Rebecca Morinville, Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Rebecca has been a part of the Main Street dental team since May 2012. She graduated from Saint Cloud Community and Technical College in 2010 with an AAS degree in dental hygiene.
Rebecca is married with two girls. She loves spending time with her family whenever possible.
Rebecca says that she enjoys working at Main Street Dental Care because she works with “a great group of people.” She also appreciates the opportunity to get to know the patients, and fostering important relationships while making everyone feel right at home in our office.
Rebecca contributes to our practice greatly by being a continuous learner. She helps us stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and information so that we can provide our patients with unparalleled dental care.
Brandi Tweeter, Advanced Dental Therapist
Brandi has been with our practice since July 1997! She was a dental assistant from 1997-2009, then went back to school for Dental Therapy, graduating in 2012 from the University of Minnesota.
Brandi says that her favorite part of working at Main Street Dental Care is “restoring self-confidence through smiles.” She wants her patients to feel good about their appearance and the way they present themselves in professional and social situations.
As an ADT, Brandi can see patients when the doctors are out of the office. She offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to all of our deserving patients.
Brandi is the mother of two teenage sons. She likes spending time with friends and family on the lake.
Amber Hempel, Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)
Amber graduated from South Central College in 2007, and has been here at Main Street Dental Care since 2012. Amber loves her work, and enjoys helping patients improve the health and aesthetic of their smiles. She is passionate about dentistry, and always does all she can to ensure patients love their results!
Amber explains that her favorite thing about our practice is the friendly and caring atmosphere that we have created here. Everyone can feel comfortable to work and receive oral healthcare at Main Street Dental. Amber is one of the special individuals who makes this such a tremendous place to receive dental care.
Renae Emkes, Insurance Coordinator
Renae has been here at Main Street Dental Care since February 1991. She enjoys the working environment she finds here, and she loves making a difference in our patients’ lives every day.
Renae adores her family, which consists of her husband, Daren, and her 2 daughters, Danielle and MaKayla. She helps our patients receive the care that they need by communicating with insurance companies. Her goal is to help you receive the services you need without a hitch!
Renee Larson, Advanced Dental Therapist
Renee has been with us since July 2016. She completed her bachelor’s degree in biology at Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2011, and her master’s degree in Dental Therapy at the University of Minnesota in 2014.
Renee grew up in rural Slayton, MN. She now lives with her husband in Marshall, MN with their four children, Anikan, Theodore, Maverick and Brielle. Her pastimes include spending time with her family and friends, being at the lake, hunting, and trail running.
She notes that she values the opportunity to work at Main Street Dental Care because it allows her to treat all kinds of patients with a wide range of needs.
Renee contributes to the success of our practice every day. “As a dental therapist, I am able to collaborate with all members of the dental team to help create better access to care for patients from all across the state of Minnesota.”
Caley Johnson, Receptionist
Caley has been with the practice since November of 2016. She is a proud mother to 2 sons and 2 daughters: Haylee, Jack, Max, and Margo. Her absolute favorite thing to do is spend time with her family.
She loves working at Main Street Dental Care because of the family oriented nature of the practice. She appreciates that the staff members are close and friendly.
Caley enhances the personable environment of Main Street Dental Care by working as a team player. She greatly contributes to the day-to-day success of our practice.
Amanda DeJong, Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)
Amanda joined our team in January 2017 after obtaining her AAS in Dental Assisting from M state, Moorhead. Amanda’s favorite part of dentistry is seeing the positive, life-changing results that dentistry can provide for patients. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her fiancé Derek & sin Knox and watching movies or shopping.
Sue Boettcher, Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Sue Boettcher has 20 plus years of experience practicing dental hygiene, and she has been with us at Main Street Dental since September 2007. Sue enjoys working with patients and establishing lasting relationships with them. She loves getting to know each unique patient so that she can give them the dental care that is best suited to their needs.
Sue contributes longevity and experience to the practice. She makes education a priority, and spends time with patients to answer their questions about oral health. Sue wants to give each patient the tools they need to keep their teeth and gums healthy at home.
Sue has two sons, Reed and Garrett, who are currently attending college in Wisconsin. She spends time biking, hiking, and traveling whenever she can.
